Level Climbing products in North America are exclusively distributed by Thread Climbing.

If you represent a new climbing facility or have not previously ordered Level Climbing products, you may request a wholesale account by contacting Thread Climbing’s team at contact@threadclimbing.com.

You’ll be put in touch with Chris Danielson and Brad Weaver, who are always happy to help with questions or ordering details.

Once your order is confirmed, Thread Climbing will issue the invoice directly. All billing and payment processing for Level Climbing products are managed through Thread.

construction & materials

Level volumes are manufactured using premium-grade birch plywood sourced for its strength, consistency, and long-term durability. All screw-on mounting points are reinforced with inset steel washers to prevent wear and maintain secure fixing over time.

Our climbing texture has been rigorously tested over several years in some of the busiest climbing gyms in the United States, delivering reliable friction, durability, and consistent performance under heavy use.

color options

We currently offer color matching compatible with Aragon’s standard palette, including: black, grey, white, yellow, blue, red, purple, orange, green, and bright pink. If you require a custom color match, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your volumes, please contact us with a description of the problem and supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that volumes installed on curved climbing walls are not covered under warranty.
