about level

Designed by routesetters and shaped through real-world use, Level wood volumes are made to perform on the wall, in the setting process, and over time.

Every detail is intentional. Clean geometry. Refined edge radius. Thoughtful screw placement. Durable finishes that hold up to heavy use. These aren’t aesthetic choices. They’re functional decisions that make setting easier and movement better.

Originally founded by professional routesetter Mike Bockino, Level was shaped by decades of experience across commercial gyms and international competitions. After years of working closely with the brand, Chris Danielson and Brad Weaver of Thread Climbing acquired and relaunched Level with a renewed focus on refinement and consistency.

Today, the catalog is growing through focus on clean geometry, reliable performance, and thoughtful design.
